Interacting with these embeds means you are interacting directly with that third party, not JDLL.
Who we share data with
Contact form submissions may be accessed by JDLL staff responsible for sales and business development, and by service providers who help us run the Site (for example, hosting or spam-detection providers), strictly to operate the Site and respond to enquiries.
We do not share your personal data with any other third party except where required by law.
How long we keep your data
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent to our use of your data
- Ask us to delete data we hold about you, subject to any legal or contractual reason we may need to keep it
